Who will welcome you?

Giulia's the name, hailing from  Italy, and it was in the year of 2016 that I found myself drawn to the enchanting Roya Valley. Saorge, with its vibrant colors, resilient ascent up the mountainside, and the artful containment of olive trees by the dry stone walls, captured my heart in an instant. 

At Bergiron, I am not alone, a small collective mainly female lives in the house, and the countryside is alive with the presence of dogs, cats, and chickens alike! 

Together, we strive to nurture ourselves and the environment we inhabit, showing reverence and care for its resources.
